How is purity measured?
Each released lot is assayed by reverse-phase HPLC to establish purity, then confirmed by LC-MS for molecular identity and mass. The chromatogram and spectrum for your batch are included with the certificate of analysis.
Do you manufacture in-house or resell?
We synthesize, purify and lyophilize in our own facility. We do not broker third-party stock, which is why batch numbers on our vials always trace back to our own production records.
Where can I find the COA for my order?
The batch-matched COA is emailed with your dispatch confirmation and is also available from your account under order history. If you need a specific historical batch, contact support with the batch number printed on the vial.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2pm GMT+8 are dispatched the same business day. Typical transit is 3–7 business days depending on destination and customs. Tracking is provided by email as soon as the parcel leaves the facility.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum for retail quantities. For wholesale and institutional pricing we apply tiered rates starting at 25 vials per compound — request a quote through the contact page.
Do you handle customs and import paperwork?
We supply the documentation required for research-use import in most jurisdictions and pack discreetly. Responsibility for local import compliance remains with the buyer, so please confirm your local requirements before ordering.
Can you provide custom fill volumes or labels?
Yes. We offer custom fill volumes, private-label vials and kit assembly for research groups. Lead time is typically two to three weeks depending on specification.
